We are happy to share our special getaway with you and truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The mountain views are spectacular and with endless outdoor activities in all seasons, there is so much to do!
This book contains information about the condo and area to help you enjoy your stay. You should find everything you need, but if you have a question that isn’t covered in here, please let us know.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – CONDO
Door Access The door is accessed via keyless deadbolt.
To unlock from outside, press the Home logo and enter
the last 4 digits of the phone number used for your
reservation.
To unlock from the inside, turn the thumbturn.
To lock from the outside, press the Lock logo.
To lock from the inside, turn the thumbturn.
Heating Heating is handled by electric floorboard heater
located under the window.
Please keep heater turned on “low” when checking out
between October and April.
Kitchen Items Extra sugar and creamer for coffee is in the cupboard
above the fridge.
Wifi Access Internet access is available through the username and
password found near the TV.
Entertainment Roku Smart TV with corresponding remote.
You can access your personal Netflix, Amazon Prime,
Disney Plus, Hulu etc streaming channels.
Garbage Dumpster A large garbage dumpster is located in the parking lot
to empty trash throughout your stay. There are extra
trash bags located under the kitchen sink, and in the
bathroom cupboard for the bathroom trash can.
Overflow Parking Overflow parking is found in the large parking lot of
the Giant Steps Lift and Lodge parking lot.
Pack N Play On the second shelf in the closet with a mattress also
located in the closet. There are fitted sheets in the
closet and the cozy throw blankets turn it into a real
cozy space for your little one!
Highchair A Graco highchair is located in the closet and is a
great addition to our family meals to keep the little one
secure while enjoying his spot around the table.
Candles Enjoy some peaceful, calming, romantic candle light
with our battery operated candles. Little remote that
controls all candles is found on the counter next to the
candles in the kitchen. Extra batteries in the drawer
next to the fridge.
CHECKING OUT
We hope you enjoyed your stay here with amazing and memorable adventures.
As a reminder, check-out is at 10:00 am MST on the day that your booking ends.
Before you leave, we ask that you:
- Place all used towels, dish towels. and bed linens in a pile on the floor.
- Please wash your used dishes and allow them to dry on the drying rack located under the sink or load and run the dishwasher.
- Please make sure coffee pot is turned off and no fire is burning in the fireplace.
- Please remove all of your food from the fridge and freezer.
- Please take your trash to the dumpster in the parking lot.
- Please lock all doors, using the keypad to lock the front door.
